Diplomats the
world over turn to two men in Washington when it comes to their Mercedes-Benz
needs: Frank Namin and Paul Tchong.
Frank Namin has been with American Service Center since 1989.
And in that time he has sold literally thousands of Mercedes-Benz
vehicles and made thousands of people very, very happy.
Paul Tchong came to American Service Center four years ago in search of a
world-class product. He found that, and a world-class organization to work
with.
Both Frank and Paul have consistently maintained one of the highest Customer
Satisfaction Index ratings, according to J.D. Powers. And that means, they not
only know how to treat a Mercedes-Benz...they know how to treat people.
